Re: 2nd degree rape
I get many sentencing questions and unfortunately sentence is very difficult to predict. There are numerous factors that go into a sentence and also many considerations when the prosecutor decides how to charge a case--which very much affects the possible sentence. The only way to give a good estimate is too sit down for a hour and talk over the details.
