adult survivor of childhood rape
Can a person who was raped as a child sue the person for money and how many years after this happened can this be done?

Yes, although now you are talking about a civil lawsuit and not a criminal case. I think the SOL is until three years after adulthood. If you are the victim I'll find out for certain. I'd be willing to talk to you about assisting you with the lawsuit as well. If you are the rapist you are on your own.
