Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

arrest record

my entire arrest record shows up when a criminal background check is ran on me. i have never been charged with any of this but it still shows up. what can i do? it makes it really hard to get a job. i am in treatment now and am turning my life around. but i cant find a job. i have no felonies, but it says that i do.

The cost effective thing to do is contact the Washington State Patrol who provides the information that people are receiving. See if you can clear up with them why there is erroneous information appearing on your record (felony). If you fail you could hire a lawyer to handle the matter for you. Also, you can pursue the matter with the individual courts. The courts also have the option of vacating or sealing records. If you'd like further assistance contact me directly.
