Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
Arrested on base.
So my girlfriend got caught shoplifting in the px. they charged her with shoplifting in the 3rd degree, marajuana posession charge and she had a pair of brass knuckles on her. What is the best thing she could do to not spend time in jail. Thanks alot

At this point, make no statements to the police whatsoever. Get lots of documentatin for her bond hearing, statements from friends, family & employer. Have people show up and speak on her behalf. Contact me directly if you'd like further assistance.
