Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

what do i do?

I was just arrested a few days ago, they

are trying to charge me with 2 counts of

forgery, and possesion of stolen

property 2nd degree. I dont agree with

these charges, well i think everyone

sayd that, but in my case technically it

wasn't stolen property, and I didnt forge

anything. The situation and

circumstances are so complicated that i

dont know what to do. I refused to be

questioned without a lawyer present,

but am looking to for the right lawyer

and am concerned that i am taking too

long to do so.

I'm glad you contacted me. Yes, it is very good that you refused to speak to the police without a lawyer--too many people make that mistake. I am probably the right lawyer as I have lots of trial experience and it sounds like your case may go to trial. What court has your case? Contact me directly to talk more.
