can i be arrested

i was working at an apartment doing maintenance and i my personal digital camera feel out of my vehicle and i did not know it.A few days later someone turned it into the cops.I had just two pictures of myself naked just me no others just myself.

If it only shows you naked that limits your risk. The only charge for being naked only is public indecency. So, do the pictures show you naked and in public? If naked in a private place (car doesn't count) then you are safe and can go reclaim your camera. If you have further questions please contact me directly.
