Assault with sexual intent

A 22 yr old friend was called by his aunt who is a neighbor to come over to see a video game. She then announced she wanted to take a shower and went in. When he was done with the game, he went to knock on the bathroom door to let her know he was leaving, She did not respond to his voice, so he went to open the door a crack to yell in and she jerked the door open, causing him to fall and then started screaming. He fled home. She then called the police and said he attempted to rape her. She got a restraining order at once and as he was a neighbor, he could not even come home. At the preliminary, he asked to change the order so he could come home-she (the aunt) said she was uncomfortable with that, so for 2 months until trial, he was homeless. What are his options?

More sleazy accusations

These cases make me sick. Assuming you have relayed all pertinent information, what is this woman's problem? Can't someone in the family talk sense to her? Or is there some history between these two?

Just don't plead guilty and demand a jury trial. Then sue the aunt for malicious prosecution.

Sorry, this is not a very "legal" response. I just get tired of the feminist assault on society.
