Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I'm currently assigned a court appointed attorney to represent my case and my pre-trial is in a few days. I feel my attorney isn't doing his best to represent me, is it too late to hire another attorney before trial?

It is not too late. Especially if the case is set for pre-trial. If it is already set for trial then the attorney you hire will likely want paid in full before signing onto your case. Contact me directly if you'd like further assistance.
