Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

I am awaiting trial for prostitution. Each time i go to pretrial, the prosecutor is asked for the recorded evidence that the police say they have. It's been three months now and i've had to go back and ask three times. My court appointed lawyer doesn't seem to want to help and he wants me to mitigate and plead guilty. The recorded evidence has me saying that the guy is NOT paying for sex at all. Can this court case get thrown out if they don't provide the evidence? i know of the discovery laws and such... but am i in a position where my case may be dismissed?

I assume that a request for discovery and disclosure was filed with the prosecutor. I'd make a motion to compel, and if they don't comply I'd make a motion to dismiss on that basis. I'd additionally refuse to waive speedy trial and move on that basis also.
