Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I was beat up and robbed while intoxicatted person who did this to me has pressed charges against me i awoke in hospital and owe now $4,500 in emergancy medical and 500 transport i have a wittness who is afraid of retaliation from person who did this can i send notrerissed statment to prosecutors with medical info that might stop any formal charges against me

Absolutely do not make a written statement to the prosecution. Everything you say will be used against you. Keep the medical records. Try to get the witness to explain what happened in front of someone else who would be willing to testify. Hire a defense attorney immediately.
