Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

why is he beiing held

husband arrested and held in oregon on a warrent from Wa. bail set at $50,000.00 charges are Iidentity theft Recieving stolen goods & impersonation. No idea what this is for...Oregon lawyer doing nothing for him (hired 2 weeks ago still hasnt talked to husband.) what should I do? should husband agree to go to Wash? if so then what? how can i find out what this is all about?
