Bigomy statue of limitations.
I would like to know what the statue of limitations are on a bigomy case?

Re: Bigomy statue of limitations.
There is a 3 year statute of limitations on bigamy; however, the 3 year period "does not begin to run until the death of the prior or subsequent spouse of the actor or until a court enters a judgment terminating or annulling the prior or subsequent marriage." RCW 9A.64.010; RCW 9A.04.080.
