border crossing with unpaid ticket
in texas in march, i received a ticket for possession of drug paraphanelia. i received a 600$ fine which i have not paid yet; it was supposed to be paid in september.
will i be allowed to reenter the US from canada, if i should leave?

US citizens are always allowed to entered the US. If you are not a citizen you likely will have some difficulty. There is a lot more specific information required to answer your question with any certainty. You should arrange a consultation with an immigration lawyer that handles criminal consequences.
