My boyfriend was charged with a marijuana possesion from march 2007 which the case is now closed how can we get this taken off his record in the simplest way?

The simplest way is to hire an attorney who practices in the court where the conviction occurred. However, these case is not old enough to be removed from his record. Unfortunately, you'll need to wait 3 years.
