Burden of proof for child molest II in 2nd degree
My son is charged with child molest II in 2nd degree; what is the burden of proof? He is in Co. - how can he fight extroditaion.

He must be proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of criminal sexual contact with a minor child.
If he resists extradition he will be given a hearing to determine if there are reasonable grounds to return him to the extraditing state.
He needs a lawyer.
