Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
what can/should i do?
got arrested for failure to appear. and issued a ticket for driving while suspended in the 2nd. i have violated my release conditions for my dui. am i going to jail? can i stay out? what can i do?

Contact your lawyer! Hire a lawyer if you need to get one. Get in compliance with your conditions of release. Is alcohol use an issue for you? Get into treatment if it is. When did you miss court? Can you document a good reason (letter from doctor, employer, etc)? You don't have to go to jail if you take the right steps. Contact me directly for further assistance.
