Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
Case jurisdiction
A girl I had briefly dated, has told me that she has filed a police report and charged me with possibly telephone harassment. We both live in King County, but she may have filed the report when she was away, either in Eastern Washington or inter-state in Idaho. If the charge goes through, who will have jurisdiction (i.e. King County, Idaho?).

Re: Case jurisdiction
I know you. Jurisdiction is where the crime occurred.
