I got caught with marijuana and I was asked to do rehab buy I didn't go through with it!. Dose that nessaserlt mean I'm going to jail?

No. You could win your case or work out a plea bargain to a non-mandatory jail offense. Also, I believe the jail can be converted to a jail alternative.
