getting caught
i was pulled over and am known as a ''gang member''. my car was searched and they found my back-pack, it had marijuana in it. the police officers left with my back-pack and they did not give me a citation, ticket or anything, can they do anything with the court?

Yes. It is standard procedure not to give a ticket because doing so would start your speedy trial right. Particularly in a drug case where they'll need to wait to get the lab report. It is important not to answer any follow up questions the police may have for you and to retain a lawyer to help you right away.
