certificate of discharge
What paper work I need to go in front of a judge to back date a certificate of discharge to the date I was discharged from probation.

Re: certificate of discharge
Include a request in the motion to date the certificate effective the date the court had notice that all conditions of the judgment and sentence had been satisifed, e.g. satisfaction of judgment.
