Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

More than one Charge for exact soma criminal axct. Is it legal

I have been charged with several crimes from the same criminal conduct. some of the crimes seem to be lessor included offences. Is there some kind of double jeopardy involved here. is there some kind of constitutional law that can be used to get some of these charges dropped.

The answer is: it depends. You woul dhave to describe the conduct and then tell me about the various charges (of crimes). Yes, sometimes an act of behavior can be charged as several crimes depending upon what exactly was done and where and in what manner. Lesser included offenses generally cannot be charged with their more serious offenses of which the lesser offenses are a part. Again, I do not have enough information to give you a definitive answer.
