Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I was charged with criminal trespass in the first degree. I plead not guilty. I noticed on the complaint against me that the address of the building that they say I unlawfully entered is incorrect. The street and zip code are wrong. Can I use that to my advantage in court?

Possibly. It probably depends on whether it is just a typo on the charging documents, or truly an error in the investigation of the case. Talk to your lawyer about it and they can answer your questions.
