Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

I was charged with marijuana possession less equal 40g and possession of paraphrenalia. I\'ve finished my court proceedings and have gotten a 12 month deferred conviction with stiplations that I attend an 8-hour ADIS class and complete 24 hours of community service. Those conditions are not hard to meet, but I know there is the possibility that I could get called in for a drug assesment.\n\nWith that in mind, I have a couple questions.\n\nWhat is the procedure for a court mandated drug test in Kittitas County, WA?\nWhere might I be asked to go to actually take the test?\nWhat is the procedure for such a test at the actual testing area and, specifically, what are the privacy allowments, or lack thereof, in the case of a urinary analysis?\n\nThanks in advance.

With ADIS already order there is no possibility of being called in for a drug assessment...presumably you've already had one. You could be subject to UA's. You will need to contact Kittitas probation to find out their procedures for obtaining urine samples.
