Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I am charged with possession of a firearm, my fingerprints are on the gun, but it was someone elses residence and the gun was not on my posession,can they get a conviction?

Did they test it for fingerprints? If not, it's probably not worth mentioning again. Fingerprint tests are pretty rare. I would think they cannot get a conviction but it depends on where the gun was in relation to where you were.
