Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I was charged with 1st degree unlawfull possesion of firearm over a video they cought someone with of me allegedly shooting a gun in air . Can i seriously be convicted on it??

Well if the video is admissible, and clearly shows you in possession of an operable firearm, I would certainly be concerned.
