first time..being charged with disorderly conduct and making noise unreasonably disburbs others.. was booked and out on bail.. what will happen to me..this is the first time i''ve been charged with this

It doesn't matter so much that this is the first time charged with this ... it matters more your total record. Particularly if it is an alcohol/drug related offense and you have other alcohol/drug related offenses. To give you any reasonable prediction of what will happen the attorney will need to know the details of the case, your record, the prosecutor & Judge involved.
