Child assault 3rd degree in washington State
My wife was arrested yesterday for child assault. I haven't been able to talk to her for long or even talk to an attorney becuase its the weekend. What is the possible outcome?

It is almost impossible to predict an outcome at this point. It depends on your wife's criminal history, the alleged behavior in this case, the strength of the evidence against her, and the internal policies and personalities of the prosecutor's office bringing the charges. Where are you located?
