Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
The civil rights of a juvenile , Malicious police conduct , and charging a mino
Police follow boys ages 15 and 16 expelled from school (a and made to attend a class that meets x1 week.THe boys live in rural area must ride school bus HR+ to get to class. they turn in school work atlibuary they must kill 5 hours until the school bus leaves to return them home.
The boys were followed by the police and questioned 2 times. It began raining the boys went in a boarded up building with an open window and no ''no trespassing signs'' some one saw them go in called the police police saying 2 ''kids'' were in the building the police surrounded the building guns draw, they went in yelling: Get you F****** asses out here. more expletives etc.. the boys terrified were in the process of dialing 911 the police say they identified themselves the boys say they did not.
The police told me ''had your son put his hand in his pocket (as he could have for cell phone) I would have blown his brains out.''The police even after seeing these were the same boys they had questioned 2 times earlier still held the boys at gun point. my son was put on the ground with a gun to his head until he was cuffed.
What are the rights of my child and how can I press charges against these police?
