Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
Who to contact to assist me in reclaiming seized property.
On October 12, 2001 the Appeal Court Division II #26052-2-II returned the verdict in my case to Reverse And Remand For Dismissal With Prejudice. My case was prosecuted without probable cause. I have no money, everything was seized I own. Can you refer me to an attorney or an organization in my area to reclaim my property?? Also, can you tell me if I am to attend the Hearing for Order Vacating Conviction And Dismissing Charge With Prejudice??

As to appearing at the hearing, call the prosecutor if you have any question, but I wouldn't think you need to show up. However, I would go just for the opportunity to hold your head high in the court where the attorney and judge both know they had messed up.
