no contact order
If a person has not gone to there pre trial yet, what and how is the quickest way to get a no contact order lifted, if the next court date is a month away? theres got to be a way to take care of it sooner.

Actually, there likely isn't a faster way as scheduling a court date for that express purpose would likely result in a date about a month away. This varies by court and you could ask the attorney for the defendant if the matter can be set sooner (even if he/she isn't willing to do it).
