Re: no contact order by state

The factors that will get a Judge to remove a no contact order are very subtle and numerous. It is best to wait some time but it depends on the specific facts of the case how long that should be. Also, it depends on the sentence, and your fiance's compliance with that sentence. You probably should have the help of a lawyer if you are to stand any chance of being successful. I have heard of a few people being successful on their own but the vast majority are turned down. For further assistance contact me directly.
