Contributing to a minor/drug possesion
What are the liabilities of the registered owner of a vehicle when the vehicle is driven by a family member who is an 18 years old with minors in the car, if there is an accident, injuries, and or drugs or alchol found in their possesion or under the influence of marijuana?

If you are talking criminal liability (you posted to the criminal law section) then there is none. The only danger is that something left behind is then found when you are driving the vehicle and alleged to be in your possession. If you are talking civil liability (getting sued) then you should post to that law area.
