Controlled buys

Is it possible to volunteer to participate in a controlled buy or to give up information on drug or gang activity in exchange for a legal favor (such as emancipation)

Re: Controlled buys

It is possible but the real question is whether it is wise. I'd say it is too dangerous for a number of reasons. Plus, who wants to be the scumbag that sets up someone else getting into serious with the law? Also, are you sure you aren't entitled to emancipation already? Emancipation is a legal process a minor can go through when they are technically on their own already (plus a number of other circumstances). I don't do that law so I don't know the details. I'd say the whole thing sounds like a bad deal. However, if you want to talk about it further, contact me directly.
