Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I was convicted for assault in the 3rd degree, then 4 years later,i was charged with theft, burglary, and malicious mischief.(sounds worse than it was believe me) It has been 2 years since then, and i would like to know how,if theres any way,to get some of those things removed for employment. Any info on this would be greatly appriciated.

If you weren't convicted of the theft, burg and mm, then consult with a lawyer to seek an expungement. If you WERE convicted of the theft, or the burglary, or the malicious mischief, you can TRY to get an expungement, but the way the law is written in Washington, getting it is unlikely.
In any event, consult with an attorney.
