If I want more info than what the court docket says how much is public record. Can I ask for the terms of the plea bargen. I am involved in 2 other cases that involve the same defendent who is the father our children. I am not the victim in this case. If I want more info can I ask the judge courts for that and do you think they will give it to me.

Re: Court Dockets
Generally, you can go to the court and review the court file. If the court is far away you can contact a legal service, like ABC legal services, or a local attorney.
