Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
Can I get the "Court documents also suggested that he may have been connected to the May 2009 death of Natasha Eubanks, 29, of Pasco." that are referred to in this article? If so, how? http://www.tri-cityherald.com/2011/09/08/1631801/richland-heroin-dealer-admits.html

Sure you can. When the article refers to "court documents", that tells me they must be publically accessible. That is how the newspaper got access to them. There are sometimes documents in court files that are sealed, but that is fairly rare.
Go to the courthouse, ask to see the file. You may have to fill out some paperwork, or maybe even pay a small fee for copies. But court files are public, and you can look at them.
