Court transcript
I am doing research on the David Anderson and Alex Baranyi murder case of the Wilson Family in 1997. I need help finding the court transcripts; please direct me to an web address in which they are located and/or another place in which I can find them. Thank you.

I am not very familiar with the case you are interested in. I don't believe you will be able to find the transcripts anywhere on the web. What I would suggest is that you identify the Superior Court in which the case was tried, contact the criminal clerk's office of that Court, and inquire of them. Sounds like the case may be on appeal, and so you could determine who appellate counsel is and also inquire of him/her. Of course, you will probably want to get down to the Court and request review of the file so you can look at the docket, motions, etc. You will be able to determine whether the case is on appeal by looking at the file and will also be able to identify appellate counsel, if any.
