Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

Criminal Attorney Needed - 4th deg. assault (DV)

I am looking for an established criminal attorney to represent me in a fourth degree assault (DV) case.

The charge alleges that I assaulted my live-in girlfriend's son. The report was originated by the child's grandparents (who called CPS). CPS did their own review, which ended as ''inconclusive.'' The family that filed the report has a history of malicious intent against my girlfriend including several documented instances of them allowing their son (the boy's father) to violate his No Contact Order. They have, on several occasions, manipulated the two boys by telling them untrue/negative things about me. My girlfriend is currently asking the courts to limit the father's access to the kids until he can clean up his life (extensive on-going criminal record) and then this happens!!!

I am a professional, no previous criminal or CPS history, not even a speeding ticket in the past three years! I have been around the two boys for over a year and none of the professionals that see them (doctors or daycare providers) have ever reported anything suspicious.

I need a local, established attorney that has a good relationship with the Kitsap County PA's office and county judges to help me get this dropped!

Re: Criminal Attorney Needed - 4th deg. assault (DV)

I am an established criminal defense attorney with over 10 years of criminal defense experience. I have had hundreds, if not thousands of cases. I've handled countless DV allegations. My recollection is never to have lost a DV assault case although in that amount of time and that many cases I may have forgotten one. I do work the Kitsap County courts but have not appeared there with frequency. However, I can very much help you with this case. The cost is $4000 which includes all legal services including trial. It does not include the fees of other professionals (investigators, medical experts, etc) that may be necessary for your case. Contact me directly so that I can begin assisting you with this case.

At your service,
