Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

criminal charge

I have never been in trouble and have nothing on my record. I recently got into a fight with a guy and he had a lot of marks but i did not have any the cops only took a stament from him and not me. I dont know what he wrote and when i asked the judge for copies of what the proscuting atorney had he said my lawyer would need to get that for me. Is there any other way to get the copy of this file

If you do not have a lawyer but choose to represent yourself (universally considered a bad idea) then you can have the reports yourself. Otherwise, you'll have to review them with your lawyer. Your lawyer should be able to review those completely and thoroughly with you. If you decide you need to hire a lawyer contact me directly.
