criminal expungement/vacation
i've been convicted of ID theft 1 last 2003 and after that i havent done anything anymore. i want to apply for a better job so i can provide for my kids but most of them check criminal backgorund, is there any possibility that i can apply for expunge/vacation? all im doing now is paying my restitution. pls.help me on my problem.

ID Theft 1st Degree is a class B felony and cannot be vacated until 10 years after the entry of a Certificate of Discharge (and no new convictions after discharge).
A Certificate of Discharge will be granted only after all conditions have been satisfied, including legal financial obligations, i.e. restitution and court costs.
