Re: criminal troubles
If you think youve committed these crimes, you need to immediately discuss the matter with an attorney. If you talk with an attorney, your discussions will remain confidential under the attorney-client privilege. The attorney should also be better able to determine the crimes that you could be prosecuted for. From the limited facts you presented, I cannot determine the exact charge you could face, but I gave it my best shot
Sexual assault: There are a few different kinds of sexual assault under Washington law, from rape to indecent touching. For rape, the statute of limitations is usually ten years, but it depends on the age of the victim and when the rape is reported. For the lesser crime, second degree assault, the statute of limitations is five years.
Child molestation: The statute of limitations is generally three years after the victim's eighteenth birthday or seven years after the commission of the alleged crime, whichever is later.
Insurance fraud by automobile theft: More information is really needed to say for sure how the prosecution would charge you for doing this. However, crimes involving theft and fraud generally have a three-year statute of limitations in this state.
Again, do not rely on this as gospel because I do not know all the facts and there may be other crimes that the prosecutor can charge you with. See an attorney as soon as possible.
