If a person is searched at gun point and illegal substances are found can the substances be deemed unadmissable if the search was not done by means of creditable information or a reliable source?

yes, there needs to be reasonable suspicion, and in some circumstances probable cause, to search someone. If there is not than the discovered evidence is inadmissible. Contact me directly if you'd like help with the case.
