Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
Dealing with a domestic violence case, I being the "victim", is it possible for me to take back or remove evidence that the court is using? Such as removing medical records so as they can no longer be used?

It is very unlikely that you can 'remove' medical records. If you can show that it is personal information that doesn't prove the violence you may be successful. You should review the HIIPA laws with a HIIPA attorney (Medical records attorney) to fully explore this possibility.
