third degree theft
hi, I hav caught and charged as third degree theft for stealing around $200 amount stuff..this is my first offence and i m guilty. please let me know what will be te punishment from Judge?

For any charge of Theft 3, the maximum is 365 Days in jail. On a first offense, however, most courts will not impose the max. There are also diversion programs that will allow you to avoid a conviction. Feel free to contact me for additional and case specific information.
