Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

My fiance was arrested thursday for a breaking our own window. He has not talked to an attorneyor seen a judge.It has been 4 days and when I called the jail and the court house and they said he is not on the calendar for court so it may be a few days. He has no past record and no warrants, and there is no bail. I know there is a law on how long the can hold him and they wont give him any info in jail. What should we do next?please help
