Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
i am divorced. my exwife got several credit cards in my name. she was awarded that dedt.in the devorce. she was suppose to pay them off. after the divorce was finnallized she continued to use the cards for up to a year, until i closed them out. my question is was it illegal for her to continue to use the caeds?

It depends on what your decree said about the cards and what was supposed to happen with the cards. So many facts that are not provided in the question: Was there a hold harmless clause? Did you send copies of the decree to the credit card companies?
