Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
DNA test results prove innocence
My friend has been in prison Washington State since 1986 and has just received the results of D.N.A. test results that prove his innocence. He wants to know if he requires a lawyer to write and file two briefs to be released from prison. We appreciate this resource and pray you will reply to us.
