How do I find out is there is a protection order against me and if so how do I get a copy of it?

If you suspect that a protection order was filed in a particular court, contact the court and ask.

Visit www.courts.wa.gov and perform a search for cases associated with your name.

Contact your local law enforcement agency and ask if you are subject to a protection order.

Interesting question. The reason I say that is because an order is not lawful unless 'served' upon you. If it was 'served' upon you than you'd know about it. So, technically speaking, if you haven't been made aware of the order there isn't one. However, to see if the judge authorized an order against you you can follow the advice of Mr. Ferris.
