Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

I have trial coming up in a couple days and i was wondering if I could be prosecuted with no police report,no victim or witnesses coming to court and the supposed victim sent the judge and the prosecuter 3 letters saying I did not assault her

I'd be very surprised if there is no police report. Also, there is a victim she's just changed her story. It depends on the prosecutor's office with which you are dealing. Some offices will get a material witness warrant for the victim (have her arrested to come testify), impeach her with her previous statements to the police and leave it to the jury to decide whether they believe the first version that got you into trouble or the subsequent versions to get you out of trouble. Of course, the police make fine witnesses. If they noticed any injury to her or damage to the house (or other corroborating evidence that you are guilty) you'll want a good lawyer. If you don't have a good lawyer you'd better call me soon.
