they did not have any reason to pull me over. The cop didn't even have time to run my licience plate. The cop said that the owner of the car has a suspended lience. But he dont he drives truck for a living. he hjas a cdl.

Sounds like you have a 3.6 motion to suppress. Tell you public defender or hire an attorney to pursue that issue. If you are successful, the whole case goes away. Otherwise, you face mandatory jail time on a 1st degree. If you are in the King/Pierce/Kitsap area contact me directly for assistance.
